Brandi Brooks emerged in the staffing industry in 1999 with a simple goal; to provide unrivaled customer service in the staffing industry. Her passion, vision, and determination lead Force Personnel to differentiate itself in the staffing market by focusing on cultivating a team of experienced individuals.  It was the energy and pace of the work as well as the gratification involved in helping people that has fueled a passion for the staffing industry ever since.

Blake Mohr has been a dedicated member of the Force Personnel team since May of 2022. He began his career with the company as a Job Recruiter, where he developed a passion for helping individuals find meaningful employment and supporting local businesses with their staffing needs. In 2024, Blake was promoted to Operations Manager, allowing him to take on a larger role in overseeing daily operations, supporting internal teams, and strengthening client relationships. In 2026, he was blessed with the opportunity to become the Director of Sales & Operations.

Blake truly loves his job because it gives him the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. He is passionate about connecting hardworking individuals with opportunities that can provide stability, confidence, and a fresh start. Whether he is helping someone reenter the workforce, supporting a local business through a staffing challenge, or working alongside community organizations, Blake approaches every situation with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

He takes great pride in building lasting relationships with local employers, nonprofit organizations, job seekers, and community partners throughout the Oklahoma City metro. Blake believes Force Personnel is more than a staffing company—it is a resource for people who are ready to work, businesses that need dependable support, and organizations committed to creating positive change.

Paige Brooks joined the Force Personnel team in 2023 as an Account Management Representative, where she plays a dual role in supporting both employees and clients. Each morning, you’ll find Paige helping with dispatch, making sure employees are prepared for the workday before heading out to build relationships with businesses throughout the Oklahoma City metro.

While Paige enjoys connecting with clients and helping businesses find dependable workforce solutions, her favorite part of the job is the people. She loves getting to know Force Personnel’s employees, hearing their stories, and watching them grow through new opportunities. Seeing someone gain confidence, provide for their family, or build a better future is what makes her work so rewarding.

Whether she’s visiting jobsites, representing Force Personnel in the community, or creating new marketing initiatives, Paige is passionate about building genuine relationships and making a positive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tobin, and their son, traveling, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

My name is Carmen Vega, and I proudly serve as a Senior Recruiter and Social Media Manager for Force Personnel. What I love most about my career is that every day brings something new. As Force Personnel's Social Media Manager, I enjoy telling the stories that often go unnoticed—the hardworking employees, growing businesses, networking events, chamber activities, and community partnerships that strengthen our city. There is nothing more rewarding than celebrating the success of others and sharing the moments that inspire people to connect, collaborate, and grow.

If you've ever met me, you know I bring positive energy wherever I go. I love making people smile, creating meaningful connections, and bringing enthusiasm into every room I walk into. I believe energy is contagious, and I enjoy lifting others up while helping create experiences that bring people together.

Outside of work, I'm a proud wife, a proud sports mom to my incredible son, and dog mom to our lovable pup, Luka. My family is my greatest motivation and the reason I work hard every day. When I'm not recruiting or creating content, you'll often find me cheering from the sidelines at my son's games, attending concerts, traveling, crafting, or discovering new experiences and adventures.

I love adding a little creativity and fun to everyday moments—whether it's crafting, decorating, or making something special to celebrate life's milestones. Creating memories and bringing people together is something that brings me joy.

John Mengers is a Bilingual Payroll/Staffing Specialist at Force Personnel with nearly three years of experience connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities. Drawing on a background in payroll and client relations, John brings a diverse skill set to his role, including payroll administration, accounts receivable, Spanish translation, and office management.

John is passionate about serving his community and considers it a privilege to help individuals find work and create new opportunities for themselves. He finds the greatest fulfillment in helping people receive a second chance and supporting them as they take the next step in their careers.

Dedicated to providing exceptional service, John strives to be a dependable resource for both his clients and co workers. His commitment to building relationships, solving problems, and helping others reflects the values he brings to Force Personnel every day 

Hi, I'm the Controller and the newest member of the team. I have more than 10 years of accounting experience and enjoy helping people solve problems and reach their goals.
I graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Dance. My career eventually led me to accounting, but I've had some interesting jobs along the way. I worked as a stilt walker and even got paid to go skydiving once!
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me spending time with my husband, daughter & dogs, cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys, or rooting for the Chicago Bears.
I love living in Oklahoma City because there's always something to do, but it still has a small-town feel where people look out for each other.
One of the things I like most about working here is the people. Everyone works hard, cares about our clients, and is always willing to help. I'm proud to be part of a team that truly cares about serving others, and I look forward to helping our clients every day.
