Brandi Brooks began her staffing career in 1999, starting in sales and working her way up to branch manager before founding Force Personnel in 2008. She finds immense satisfaction in helping people find jobs to support themselves and their families. In 2019, she also launched Kind Staffing, which sources trimmers for cannabis facilities.
Beyond her professional achievements, Brooks is active in several professional networks and community organizations.
