Force Personnel is celebrating 15 years in Oklahoma. Since its founding in 2008, Force Personnel Services has become a trusted name in staffing solutions, placing over 34,000 candidates in positions at more than 5,000 companies across Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, and Arkansas. The company offers a range of staffing services, including day labor, temporary and temporary-to-hire staffing, direct hire and executive recruiting and payrolling service. Brandi Brooks began her staffing career in 1999, starting in sales and working her way up to branch manager before founding Force Personnel in 2008. She finds immense satisfaction in helping people find jobs to support themselves and their families. In 2019, she also launched Kind Staffing, which sources trimmers for cannabis facilities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Brooks is active in several professional networks and community organizations. She is a member of the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Interest Group, the Oklahoma City Women Leaders, and the National Association of Women in Construction. She also works closely with Positive Tomorrows, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness.
