FAQs
Applying and Getting Started
Force Personnel accepts applications Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. To complete your application, you must bring two hard copies of eligible IDs.
Our online application is only the first step. To complete the process, you still need to come to our office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with two hard copies of your IDs.
In some cases, you may be able to start the very next day. We dispatch daily labor assignments at 5:00 AM Monday through Saturday. While we cannot promise daily work, we stay very busy and receive new assignments often.
Daily Work Process
We open our doors at 5:00 AM Monday through Saturday to dispatch daily labor assignments. These jobs can vary, but many are in sanitation, construction, and janitorial work.
When you arrive, you will sign in and wait for your name to be called. Workers who have been requested back by a client supervisor are called first. After that, we assign work based on job needs, experience, arrival time, transportation, and past job performance.
Before you leave, we will explain the assignment, provide any needed gear, and make sure you know how you are getting to the job site. If needed, Force Personnel can provide PPE and transportation to work on our vans.
Yes. We have vans that pick up employees at certain locations in the city and bring them to Force Personnel. Employees are responsible for finding their way back after work.
Pickup locations:
- Salvation Army — 4:25 AM, Monday through Friday 2041 NW 7th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73106
- City Care Night Shelter — 4:35 AM, Monday through Friday 532 N. Villa Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73107
- Maple Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Parking Lot — 4:45 AM, Monday through Friday 4420 W I-40 Service Rd., Oklahoma City, OK 73108
Pay and Payroll
For daily labor, Force Personnel issues a pay card. Funds are loaded each evening before 7:00 PM, and the card works like a normal debit card. For weekly assignments, we can also send pay by direct deposit to your bank account.
For weekend work, employees must take a picture of their timesheet and send it to our office at (605) 605-7808. Weekend payouts are completed by 7:00 PM.
Our pay period starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. Weekly pay is issued every Wednesday or Friday, depending on the assignment. Many long-term jobs require a one-week hold to make sure all time is entered correctly.
We offer an employee web portal that can be set up in the office. This allows employees to view paystubs and W-2 forms online. Please speak with a Force Personnel representative for help setting this up.
Fairgrounds Scheduling
We schedule Fairgrounds work on Monday mornings at 9:00 AM. Scheduling is done one week at a time based on the needs of their organization. Please note that Force Personnel does not control how many workers are needed. These assignments are paid weekly.
What People Are Saying About Force Personnel …
I’ll tell ya, we’ve tried to work with a few staffing companies in the past that didn’t go great. Y’all have been a breath of fresh air, and everyone is working out so well.
- Ashlee Williams, Scott Manufacturing
We’ve worked with Force Personnel for years and have always had a great experience. The process is easy—when we need employees, they send them to our orientation, and they’re able to start work the next day. We stay in close communication, and their recruiter checks in regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly and to see if we need more support.
- Lauren Coleman, Oklahoma Roofing and Sheetmetal
When we need reliable, quality help on short notice, we call Blake and the Force Personnel team. They’re always ready to step in, respond quickly, and help us fill our personnel needs efficiently. We confidently recommend Force Personnel—and we truly appreciate their support.
- Nick Scurra, Service Master
Van Hoose Construction partners with Force Personnel because they consistently take pride in what they do and truly own the process. Communication between Force and VHC is easy and responsive, which has helped streamline our workforce needs.
- Sydney Coon, Van Hoose Construction.
During the Oklahoma State Fair, our relationship with Force Personnel is mission critical. Being a high-volume, seasonal event that is “service-centric” requires that we bring on 100s of additional people for a short but fast-paced run. Force Personnel helps us reach our goals by doing the heavy lifting. We know we can count on Force to understand our needs, meet our timelines, and be a partner not just a provider when it comes to bringing people together.
- Gina Burchfiel, State Fair of Oklahoma
We started working with Force Personnel because we needed quality candidates who showed up, were willing to learn, and had the potential to become long-term team members through our temp-to-hire process. Force has delivered people who want to do better—and we’ve seen many grow from entry roles into other departments as they gain skills and confidence.
Over time, Force has become even more effective because they truly understand what we do and how we operate. They’re transparent about experience levels and they do a great job identifying candidates who may not have extensive background but have the right work ethic and motivation to learn. Those candidates often end up being the ones who can cross-train and move where we need them most.
I’ve partnered with Force for many years, and they’ve built a strong relationship with our team. They regularly come on-site to tour, talk through our needs, and stay current as things change, which makes their support more valuable. I would recommend Force Personnel to any company looking for a staffing partner that listens and follows through.
- Connie Abraham, Keco Manufacturing.
