Force Personnel Is Busier Than Ever — and We’re Just Getting Started

There is a lot happening at Force Personnel right now, and our team is excited about the momentum we are carrying into one of the busiest times of the year.

From large seasonal projects to Daily Labor and a growing number of long-term opportunities, we are seeing activity across nearly every area of our business. More importantly, we are continuing to prove that Force Personnel is much more than a company that simply fills short-term labor needs.

The Oklahoma State Fair kicks off this week, and that always brings a different level of energy to Oklahoma City.

For our team, the fair represents weeks of preparation, recruiting, scheduling, orientation, and making sure workers are ready to step into their assignments. Large events like this require organization, flexibility, and dependable people, and we are proud to once again be a part of one of Oklahoma’s biggest annual events.

While the State Fair is getting underway, our Daily Labor operation is not slowing down either.

Every morning, our team is working to connect available workers with companies throughout the Oklahoma City area that need additional manpower. Construction projects, sanitation work, cleanup projects, general labor, and other immediate staffing needs continue to keep our dispatch team busy.

Daily Labor has always been an important part of Force Personnel, and we are proud of the service it provides to both our clients and our workers. For companies, it offers flexibility when additional help is needed quickly. For employees, it can provide immediate opportunities to get to work, earn income, gain experience, and build relationships with local employers.

But the growth we are seeing right now goes far beyond Daily Labor.

One of the most exciting parts of our current workload is the number of long-term and temp-to-hire positions we have available.

We are working with companies that are not simply looking for someone to get them through a busy week. They are looking for dependable people who can become part of their operation, develop their skills, and potentially grow into permanent employees.

Our current opportunities include:

  • Industrial Roofers, Waterproofers, and Sheet Metal Workers
  • Bridge Painters
  • Concrete Form Builders
  • Traveling Commercial Waterproofers
  • Production Assembly Workers
  • Windshield Repair Technicians
  • Industrial Printing Machine Operators
  • Production Material Handlers
  • Construction General Labor positions requiring a clean background

These opportunities cover a wide range of experience levels and industries.

Some require previous construction or skilled-trade experience. Others are great opportunities for candidates with manufacturing, production, mechanical, warehouse, or general labor backgrounds. We also continue to work with employers that are willing to train the right individual when they find someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

That is one of the reasons we are so excited about where Force Personnel is today.

Someone may walk through our doors looking for a job and discover an opportunity that turns into a career.

A candidate might start in production assembly, learn additional equipment, move into a skilled position, and eventually become a permanent employee. Someone with construction experience may find an opportunity that allows them to travel, develop a specialized trade, or work on projects throughout Oklahoma. Others may find stability in manufacturing, maintenance, skilled construction, or industrial work that they can build on for years.

Those are the placements we love seeing.

There is absolutely a need for short-term and immediate work, and Force Personnel will continue to be there for it. At the same time, we want candidates to know that coming through a staffing company does not mean you are limited to temporary work.

Many of the positions we are recruiting for are designed with long-term employment in mind.

For our clients, that means Force Personnel can be a resource whether they need five people tomorrow morning, additional employees during a busy season, skilled workers for a specialized project, or candidates they ultimately want to bring onto their permanent team.

That versatility is what continues to drive our growth.

Right now, the Oklahoma State Fair is beginning, our Daily Labor crews are staying busy, our recruiters are working through a growing list of long-term openings, and new opportunities continue to come through our doors.

It is busy.

It is fast-paced.

And we are excited about it.

Force Personnel is proud to be connecting Oklahoma workers with Oklahoma companies every day, whether that opportunity lasts one day, several months, or becomes the career someone eventually retires from.

If you have been thinking about making a change, looking for something more stable, or simply wondering what opportunities are available, now is a great time to see what Force Personnel has to offer.

We are busier than ever, and there is plenty more ahead.
